  • What’s the difference between a workout guide and the membership?

    A workout guide is a one-time purchase that gives you access to a single plan and its corresponding videos. The membership includes every guide, all video content, nutrition blogs, Zoom calls, and access to the private community—plus ongoing support and new content added regularly.



  • Can I do these workouts if I’m a beginner?

    Yes! Every guide is designed with real-life women in mind. You’ll get modifications, clear instructions, and videos to guide you through each movement. Whether you’re starting from scratch or getting back into it, you’ll feel supported the whole way.



  • Do I need access to a gym?

    Not at all. Erica offers both at-home and gym-based plans. The membership gives you access to both, so you can train wherever works best for you.

  • How do I access my workouts after I buy?

    Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link for your guide and video access. If you’re a member, you’ll log in through your dashboard to view everything at any time.

  • Can I cancel my membership?

    Yes. Membership is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. You’ll keep access through the remainder of your billing cycle.

  • What if I want more support?

    That’s what 1:1 coaching is for! You’ll get a fully customized plan, weekly check-ins, and direct messaging access to Erica. Members get a discount on coaching packages.

  • Will there be more content added?

    Absolutely. Erica regularly updates the blog, adds new guides, shares fresh videos, and hosts live calls—so there’s always something new to keep you motivated.
